HAVE A BLOATED STOMACH? THE CAUSE COULD BE SIMPLE

Abdominal bloating - upper part of your stomach

Bloated stomach, I still remember that very unpleasant feel of a full belly. With just a few small bites of food or a small meal, I felt bloated, It feels like something pushing up from inside the stomach. The appetite is good, but the stomach tried stopping food from getting in. As I kept swallowing, the uncomfortable bloating became bulge up, tighter, like a hard balloon inside, pushing my stomach upward, those were the time that was literally hard to swallow, full to the bursting.
Just when I was about to seek doctor's advice, I found the CAUSE spot on, which was something almost negligible, easily overlooked, I'm glad those bloating days were now behind me.

The culprit - My 500ml Water Bottle.

A few weeks after the bloatedness set in, I started isolating the food I had been eating one by one to ferret out which was causing the discomfort, but was in vain because none seems to be the cause.
Just when I was suspecting that something could be seriously wrong with my abdomen, my water bottle caught my attention, my small 500ml Water Bottle which I started to fill up for drinking in the office not too long ago, had completely escaped my notice, and it was about the same time that I started to experience this stomach ordeal, I remember my wife used to brush and clean the inside of the milk bottle for my kids when they were babies, after checking with her, it was to rid the bottle of fungus. On that note, I brushed the inside of my water bottle, let dry and use it as usual, and in a day or two, my stomach was back to normal, no more bloatedness, completely.

Glad that I have found the cause and avoided unnecessary treatment which I was about to embark.
If you are struggling with the same predicament, I hope my near misadventure provide as a guide for you. Look around yourself for anything that uses fluid or liquid like used-straw, tube for sucking or cup... that might grow fungus and upset your abdomen, wish you best of luck.
